About me

My name is Mikaela, and I want to work with you through your fitness journey. Although I work as a personal trainer, I previously trained as a physical therapist; an experience I apply to the work I do today. I specialize in helping my clients restore their strength and heath after accidents and operations, and maintaining fitness goals.


I bring extensive experience in training and health to our relationship. Over the years I’ve learned that every single client is unique, and there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to training. That’s why, if we work together, I will create a customized training regimen tailored specifically to your needs.
